USEFUL INFORMATION

• All cottages are non-smoking.

• All cottages have central heating, on for a limited time each day. If guests require heating to be on constantly there will be an additional charge.

• All cottages include a wood burning stove (except Beuno) and seasoned wood is available to buy on site.

• We provide fresh linen (bedding) and use eco-friendly cleaning and laundry products.

• Cots and high chairs are available on request and free of charge.

• The barn is a multipurpose function room and residents bar which is open seasonally, and when pre-booked. Ideal for family gatherings or celebrations.

• WiFi access is available for the public at The Barn. Only Farmhouse and Granary have their own dedicated wifi.

• Bach Wen is particularly safe for children as it is 350m from the main road and has plenty of outdoor space to run around.

• We welcome dogs and a cleaning charge of £25 per dog will be added. Dogs should not be left in an unoccupied property and are not allowed in bedrooms.

• The paddocks are ideal for ball games and to exercise pets.

• Supermarkets are in Caernarfon & Bangor (Tesco & Morrisons) Pen-y-Groes (Co-op) and Pwllheli (Asda & Co-op).
